THANKS TO YOU, YOUR 100% CASHMERE WILL HAVE A SECOND LIFE! TOGETHER, LET'S ACT FOR A MORE CIRCULAR FASHION !

The steps

It seems important to us to have a responsible behavior. Cashmere sweaters are made of noble and luxurious materials, they deserve a second life.

In partnership with Collective Cashmere Lab (a non-profit organization), NOTSHY is committed to collecting your old cashmere, and to move towards a more circular economy.

Transform, recycle, deposit.

NOTSHY IS PART OF AN ECO-RESPONSIBLE AND SUSTAINABLE APPROACH

Our cause

Cashmere, a true gift of nature, comes from the silky undercoat of goats living in a harsh climate. This wool is harvested by distant populations in difficult conditions.

With the association Collective Cashmere Lab, our ambitious approach is to recreate a material with an intact thermal power and an irreproachable quality of fiber, starting with recycled cashmere sweaters.

Collection will no longer start with the herds, but with consumers, in the spirit of a circular and respectful economy of our environment, gradually putting an end to waste and destruction of this noble material.*

Faced with the ecological challenge, it has become essential to engage in such a collection, in order to raise awareness among consumers in an eco-responsible approach.

Our commitment

Cashmere recycling

The association Collective Cashmere lab has found an innovative and eco-responsible method to sort, strip and unravel cashmere. It is a matter of treating the yarn without damaging the wool by soaking and straightening it before passing it on, reinforcing it if necessary with virgin wool in order to obtain a quality yarn.

Our cashmere terminal

Our cashmere "re-borne" was made in France, from recycled wood. All you have to do is sort your stuff; you give, you receive, you recycle!
