The deadline for refund is between 3 and 12 working days from the date of receipt of your return in our warehouses. As soon as we have checked the condition of the returned items, we will send you an email to let you know. Remember that the payment will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

If you have received an item with a defect and decide to return it, be sure to contact us to obtain a prepaid return label. As soon as we check the condition of the clothes, we will pay you the amount of the corresponding returned items.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
