Order

Once you have completed your order on the website, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another notification email that your order has been shipped containing a link to enable you to track the status of your parcel at any time.

If you have selected home delivery, you can view your order status in the My orders section under the header My account. You will also receive an email notification once your order leaves our warehouse.

If you have opted to collect your order from a store, we will notify you by email as soon as your order has arrived. You have 72 hours in which to collect your order and do not even have to join a queue! Talk to our staff directly, show some ID to prove your identity and collect your order from the store.

If your order is delivered to a collection point, we will send you a notification email when your order is ready to collect from the location/collection point you have selected. Please note that you only have 10 days to collect your order from the collection point and will need to show some ID to prove your identity.

If you have not received your order yet and the delivery date has passed, check your inbox, because you have probably received a notification email that the order has left our warehouse.

If you have selected home delivery, you can track your order status at any time under the heading My account in the My orders section. Please note that deliveries may take slightly longer to arrive during a sale period or a promotional offer.

If you receive faulty goods or a different item to the one you ordered, we will refund the relevant items and shipping costs once we receive them back to our warehouse and have inspected the goods.

To return an item, you must complete the delivery note and include it in your package.

To do this, go to the My orders section in your My account area, and then select the order and the product(s) you wish to return and generate your return form.

Look in your inbox to check if we have sent you a notification email informing you that one of the items included in your order was no longer available. In this case, we will refund the amount of the relevant item and the shipping costs of your order via the same method of payment you used when you placed your order.

If you have not received an email, please contact Customer Service and we will answer you as soon as possible.
