You can track your order status at any time under the heading My account in the My orders section. You will also receive an email notification when your order has left our warehouse.

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can obtain a refund within 14 days following your purchase (date of invoice). Refunds will apply to items that have not been worn or washed or altered, with their original tags and must be returned in the original packaging.

Please generate a returns request directly from your account.

For a regular return: fill in the form and tick the item(s) that you wish to return and click on "generate the return request" to save your request. This will then be pending approval from our customer services team who will then send you a filled-in form to include in your parcel.

For a withdrawal: print the return form out and fill it in before including it in your parcel.

The customer is responsible for any returns costs, and we recommend you opt for tracked delivery when sending back your order. Once received and processed by our teams, your refund of the item(s) will be recredited through your chosen payment method.

If you paid for your order via PayPal, your order will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a debit advice via PayPal, your order will be refunded direct to your bank account.

Exchanges remain possible when you have received a faulty item. It will be exchanged and shipped out again at the chosen delivery address. Please save your returns request through our website and indicate in the comments section the type of fault. Customer services will then get in touch with you to explain the procedure.

You will then receive an email confirming the refund.

It is not currently possible to cancel or modify your order, because we start preparing it ready for dispatch once you confirm the order on the website.

If you change your mind, you can return the garment(s) you received in your order. Please consult the Exchanges and returns section for more information.

When you arrive on the order summary screen*, enter your bonus code in the “bonus code” field. If you have a purchase voucher and do not redeem the total amount, you can use it on your next purchase!
*You can only use one purchase voucher or bonus code per purchase.

The delivery time and shipping costs will vary depending on the shipment method. You can select home delivery or can reserve your item at many of our NOTSHY stores or at a parcel collection point in another store.

There are several payment methods available:


Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard. For payment by debit or American Express cards, payment will be carried out in real time.


To purchase via PayPal, select the payment method and click “Confirm payment”. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.


You have the option to pay in 3 instalments for orders over €300. Payments will be collected from your credit card in 3 monthly instalments: the first will be collected at the time of purchase and the two following payments will be collected 30 and 60 days later.
The cost of the financing is 2% of the total order amount. This amount will be included in your first payment and is taken when you confirm your order.

Look in your inbox to check if we have sent you a notification email stating that one of the items in your order was no longer available. In this case, we will refund the amount of the relevant item and the shipping costs for your order with the same method of payment you used when you placed your order.

If you have not received an email, please contact our Customer Service department, who will respond as soon as possible.

If you receive an item that has a defect or which is different to the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible who will be able to guide you through the next steps.

To return the item, please generate a returns request through our website.

NB: you can save your returns request in the 14 days following the delivery of your order. After this delay, you can no longer generate a return request through your account. You can no longer return your item(s).

No, simply adding an item to your basket does not guarantee it will be reserved or available. Some items are in high demand, and may sell out before you complete your order even if they were available when you placed them in your basket.
